How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Politicalll Heating & Air wants every homeowner to have a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, please tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Politicalll Heating & Air
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that looks unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, prices, equipment, warranties, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, start by raising it with the provider directly. Keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please know that Politicalll Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@politicalll.living and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Not Happy?

You can reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with an HVAC contractor, your state contractor or mechanical licensing board may be able to help too.
